Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support all regional financial projects, including budgeting, expense control, P&L analysis, forecasting, and monitoring.
- Act as a strategic partner to sales regional management, providing insights to help drive data-driven decisions across sales and finance functions.
- Collaborate with managers across departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Operations, to support strategic planning and business plan development.
- Work within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment and collaboration with various teams and within different finance functions.
For that mission you’ll need:
- Educational Background: BA in Economics or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance, preferably within a global organization.
- Skills:
- Exceptional analytical skills and expertise in Excel (Mandatory).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an independent, proactive work style.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and financial technology systems (Advantage).
- Mindset: A relentless curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Language: Fluent English is a must.
