Job Description:

Summary
The Finance Data Analyst role is to deliver business solutions to finance operations teams using modern reporting software platforms Technical skills will be tested as they capture, shape and present data in easy-to-understand graphic dashboards and table formats.  The Finance Data Analyst will become an expert in the data required for effective and efficient Order-to-cash and Procure-to-pay processes and will assist in projects to improve these critical finance business processes   
Essential Functions

  • Engage with business leaders to understand and define their requests, prioritize efforts and schedule project deliverables    
  • Integrate and interpret data from multiple source systems into standardized formats and measurements   
  • Create dashboards to summarize and clearly track KPI understanding business needs  
  • Develop a knowledge of future technology to improve business processes including agentic AI, RPA and Service Now ticketing systems  

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in developing solutions with tools such as Power BI 
  • Exposure to tools like SQL / MS-Access DB / Snowflake 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to express complex technical concepts in business terminology  
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree  Data Analytics, Business, Accounting  
  • Zero (0) to one (1) year of applied project experience  
  • Zero (0) to (1) year experience in creating dashboards for analysis in a business setting

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type:

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

$58,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$65,000.00
