We bring that mission to life through bold innovation, creative, quality, and viral content, a relentless focus on consumers, and an Outrageously Extraordinary mindset that challenges conventional thinking.
As Finance Manager, FP&A - Commercial, your role is at the forefront of growth. Your forecasts, analysis and recommendations shape how we invest in our channels, how we serve customers, and how we run the operations behind them. Leaders will bring you the hard questions early, because you will have already tested the answers.
Across these businesses you will lead the discussions that matter most: Variable cost management, fee structures, joint business plans, margin improvements, new investment opportunities, and much more. In Customer Service, that means driving productivity, balancing cost against quality, and making financial decisions that place the customer first.
This role also builds what comes next. You will help define the next phase of financial management for these businesses, with new views, deeper analytics, and metrics the business has not had before.
What you'll do
Business partnership and thought partnership
  • Serve as the Finance partner to leaders across Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce, and Customer Service, explaining what is moving in the cost structure and recommending what to do about it.
  • Facilitate trade-off and investment decision discussions and drive teams to positive outcomes.
  • Hold business leaders accountable to delivering on their commitments and help them get there.

Planning, reporting, and controls
  • Own the forecast cycle and reviews for your channels, from first draft to final sign-off.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly actuals-versus-forecast narrative: what moved, why, and what leaders should do next.
  • Arm leaders with self-service, readily available information so discussions and decisions move faster.
  • Keep the area's data accurate and partner with accounting teams on proper controls.

Functional ownership
  • Be the main Finance point of contact for your channels, owning the day-to-day relationship with business leaders and the follow-through on what you commit to.
  • Drive self-directed action and deliverables: anticipate what is needed, start it, and close it without waiting to be asked.
  • Own prioritization for your area, and say clearly when priorities conflict.

Build and create
  • Build the next phase of financial management for DTC, Social Commerce, and Customer Service: new P&L views, deeper analytics, and new metrics such as contribution margin by platform, customer acquisition cost, and cost per contact.
  • Leverage reporting to drive meaningful financial improvements.
  • Challenge the way things are done, and build new ways to free up time and deliver value to the business. Encourage business partners to do the same.

AI and automation
  • Use AI tools in daily work to move faster on recurring deliverables, first-pass models, and scenarios.
  • Automate repeat work and build the tools your channels need.
  • Drive process improvement: continually move manual and repetitive work into automation.

What you bring
  • 5-7 years of FP&A or finance experience, including business partnering and variance analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or digital channels. Background in DTC, social commerce, or contact center operations is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of unit economics and channel performance, including margin, cost, and promotional effects.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling, with experience in visualization tools, ERP systems, and data management tools.
  • Hands-on AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own workflow and can show what you built with them.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with senior audiences.

How you'll work
  • Details make the difference: you catch the number that does not tie before anyone else does.
  • Speed: you give a fast first answer, then sharpen it.
  • Conviction: you make a call, explain your reasoning, and stand behind it until the data says otherwise.
  • Drive: you take ownership of the area and find the next problem before it becomes urgent.
  • Builder's mindset: you prototype quickly, get into the data yourself, and build the tools the team needs.
