FP&A Managers at Nclusion play a key role in helping our business scale through thoughtful financial planning, operational insight, and strategic partnership. You’ll work closely with leadership across product, operations, and finance to support strategic planning, improve decision-making, and drive visibility into business performance across markets, products, and corporate functions. You'll help leaders make better investment decisions, allocate resources effectively, and scale the business through data-driven financial insights.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical fundamentals with sound business judgment and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Own financial planning and performance management for significant areas of the business, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision support across products, functions, and/or markets.
- Support strategic initiatives. Evaluate investments, build business cases, and model scenarios that inform product, market, operational, and organizational decisions.
- Partner with business leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across functions, helping translate business plans into financial outcomes, resource investments, and measurable results.
- Lead executive reporting. Contribute to, and deliver board, investor, and leadership insights.
- Drive resource planning. Help leadership make informed decisions around investments, headcount, operating expenses, and growth opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with experience leading & developing a team.
- A strong business acumen where you’re able to take business initiatives and turn them into outcomes with connected financial insights & deliverables.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, layering in the right amount of structure and innovation to move forward.
- Experience owning a business, functional, or market-level financial plan end to end, with strong forecasting and financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong cross functional partnership, as you’ll work with teams both in the US, and in our frontier markets.
- Experience working in Financial Services/Fintech highly preferred
- Professional working ability in Spanish or French a plus!

The base pay range for this role is $165,000 – $185,000 per year.
