Description

Oakland, CA | Audi | Luxury performance brand | Finance Manager | Sales Manager | F&I | Desk manager | Reynolds & Reynolds | DMV | Bay Area | Veterans encouraged to apply | $84,000 - $180,000/yr OTE

IS THIS YOU?

• You're a proven Finance Manager with strong PVR, clean compliance, and a menu presentation that earns trust -- and you're equally comfortable stepping to the desk and closing deals when the floor needs you

• You operate with integrity in both roles -- your F&I deals are honest and fundable, and your desking decisions are clear, fast, and protect both the guest relationship and the store's gross

• You bring Reynolds & Reynolds fluency and the operational range to function effectively across the finance office and the sales floor at a high-volume Bay Area luxury dealership

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Audi Oakland serves a passionate, knowledgeable Bay Area guest base in a high-volume luxury market. This is a dual-function role -- primarily based in the finance office, with responsibility for stepping onto the sales floor to desk and close deals when needed. It requires someone who is genuinely strong in both disciplines and can shift between them without losing precision or professionalism in either.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate primarily as Finance Manager -- presenting and closing finance, lease, and protection products with a consultative, menu-based approach that reflects the Audi brand standard

• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that matches the Audi standard

• Step to the sales desk as needed -- desking deals, coaching sales consultants, managing floor coverage, and closing transactions when not working the finance office

• Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio -- ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized for a luxury buyer profile

• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable California-specific requirements

• Process DMV documentation accurately -- California DMV desking and title knowledge a significant advantage in this market

• Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard -- every deal fundable, every file complete

• Partner with the sales team to ensure clean handoffs between the floor and the finance office in both directions

• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required

• Reynolds & Reynolds experience -- required. R&R fluency in both F&I and desk operations is essential for this role

• California DMV desking knowledge preferred -- familiarity with CA title, registration, and DMV submission processes is a significant advantage

• Luxury or import brand F&I experience preferred -- Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, or similar backgrounds a strong fit with this buyer profile

• Demonstrable desk management experience -- able to structure deals, coach consultants, and close transactions with confidence and composure

• Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full F&I menu

• High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts in either the finance office or on the floor

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

OTE of $84,000 - $180,000/yr

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Career growth -- strong Finance and Sales Managers at Swickard grow into GSM, GM, and multi-store leadership roles

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

• A high-volume luxury platform with consistent deal flow and strong back-end and front-end gross potential

WHY AUDI OAKLAND

• A dual-function role that rewards genuine range -- strong performance in both finance and sales management creates real earning upside and accelerated career mobility within Swickard

• Audi Oakland's Bay Area buyer base is sophisticated and informed -- guests here respond well to consultants and finance managers who lead with honesty, preparation, and expertise

• Oakland and the greater Bay Area represent one of the strongest luxury automotive markets in the country -- consistent volume and strong gross opportunity across both the floor and the finance office

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- apply in the finance office and on the sales floor equally

• Leadership that recognizes and rewards people who can operate with excellence across multiple functions

If you're a Finance Manager with genuine desk management capability, Reynolds & Reynolds fluency, and the range to perform at a high level in both disciplines at a prestigious Bay Area luxury dealership -- we'd like to meet you.
