As Finance Transformation Lead, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of finance systems, processes, and integrations that enable Nclusion to scale efficiently across markets and products.
You will work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and market teams to ensure financial requirements are incorporated into product development, operational workflows, and technology investments while identifying opportunities to automate and simplify how finance operates.
This role is based in our Palo Alto office. We work together onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
- Lead Finance Transformation Initiatives – Own the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of finance systems and process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and control.
- Partner with Product & Engineering – Serve as Finance's primary point of contact for product development initiatives, providing requirements, testing support, and feedback on financial workflows such as cash management, remittances, and operational processes.
- Design & Automate Finance Workflows – Build scalable accounting and finance processes, including system integrations, automated journal entry workflows, and connections between operational platforms and NetSuite.
- Manage Finance Systems & Integrations – Lead the implementation and maintenance of finance technology solutions, including third-party platforms and the integrations that connect them to the broader finance ecosystem.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution – Collaborate with internal finance teams and market leaders to ensure systems, processes, and reporting capabilities support both corporate and local operational needs.
- 7+ Years of Experience in Finance Systems, Transformation, or Business Operations – You have successfully led systems implementations, process redesign initiatives, or operational transformation projects in a high-growth environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – The ability to work effectively across Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams while aligning stakeholders around common goals.
- Problem Solving & Execution – A track record of designing scalable solutions, managing complex projects, and driving initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Systems & Process Expertise – You understand how finance systems, integrations, workflows, and controls work together to support accurate and efficient business operations.
- Fintech and Emerging Markets Perspective – You appreciate the operational complexity of delivering financial services across multiple markets and can balance scalability, compliance, and local business needs.

The base pay range for this role is $170,000 – $235,000 per year.
