Job Description

  

Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for the most demanding challenges. Our products and capabilities are sought after by civilian and military organizations spanning numerous global markets, including Aviation, Communication, Electronic Warfare (EW/ECM/CIED), Industrial, Missile/UAV, Radar, Satcom, Space, and Test and Measurement. Teledyne Microwave Solutions invests heavily in research and development to maintain the ability to offer the world’s most advanced MW/RF capabilities for current and emerging challenges

The Financial Analyst will compile and analyze financial information for TMS. They will develop integrated revenue/expenses analysis, projections, reports and presentations. Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to ensure financial information is accurate. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Perform financial forecasting. Manage the reconciliation of internal accounts. Explores investment opportunities. At this level, tasks and assignments tend to be complex, non-routine and/or require a greater level of expertise and duties are performed under very limited supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage current and past financial data and performance
  • Oversee reports and projections based on the analysis
  • Evaluate current capital expenditures and depreciation
  • Manage investment opportunities
  • Establish and evaluate profit plans
  • Manage identified trends in financial performance and provide final recommendations for improvement
  • Provides financial models and forecasts
  • Project management
  • Identify, develop and propagate the use of “best practices” regarding financial processes
  • Strategic business partner for the organization
  • Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.

Salary Range:

$77,900.00-$103,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
