The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis, focusing on insights for strategic decisions and financial performance improvement.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a growing banking and financial services organization. This role will work closely with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, or accounting.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
$75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
