At Rezilient, we’re dedicated to revolutionizing primary care by delivering convenient, timely, and seamless access to healthcare. Our innovative CloudClinic model uses virtual provider visits to create a personalized, digital healthcare experience that puts patients at the center of their care. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we streamline care delivery, enabling our physicians to focus on patient well-being while continuously expanding specialty services for the most comprehensive and convenient healthcare possible.

We’re looking for a strategic finance leader who is passionate about building the financial models, insights, and commercial frameworks that guide our growth and inform critical business decisions. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Finance, Growth, and strategic advisory, partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team and cross-functional leaders across Growth, Clinical, Product, Operations, and Business Development.

As our first Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll help shape how Rezilient prices, scales, and positions its care delivery model in the market. You’ll own core planning and forecasting processes, advise on pricing strategy, partnership economics, contract structures, and long-term market positioning within the healthcare delivery landscape. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with the opportunity to build foundational processes, influence strategy at the highest levels, and help define how Rezilient grows sustainably.

If you’re energized by ambiguity, excited by healthcare transformation, and thrive at the intersection of finance, data, strategy, and execution, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Requirements
  • Own and advance commercial finance strategy, including pricing models, unit economics, profitability analysis, and expansion economics across markets and service lines.
  • Build, own, and evolve deal forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes in a fast-paced, scaling healthcare environment.
  • Lead scenario modeling and investor-facing financial analyses to inform strategic decisions, capital planning, and fundraising discussions.
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership and cross-functional teams (Operations, Clinical, Growth, Product, Business Development, Revenue Operations) to evaluate business performance and identify drivers of growth, margin, and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with the Business Development team to evaluate incoming partnerships, payer contracts, and enterprise opportunities, assessing financial viability, risk, and long-term strategic fit.
  • Advise on Rezilient’s strategic positioning within the healthcare care delivery ecosystem, leveraging market data, competitive insights, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support contract structuring, pricing strategies, and negotiation decision-making.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights on financial results, performance metrics, and key business levers to senior leadership.
  • Play a key role in the annual budgeting process, partnering with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support budget development, monitoring, and variance analysis against financial targets.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations directly to the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance or commercial finance, with meaningful exposure to high-growth or startup environments (Series A–C preferred).
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build from scratch and pressure-test complex scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting investor materials, fundraising processes, and board-level presentations.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or care delivery models strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting pricing strategy, contract economics, or partnership evaluation in a complex operating environment..

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact on the organization's future. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.

Rezilient is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
