About the company

Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Partner directly with large business clients to put AI-driven software into live use, from the final sales stages through production rollout. The work blends hands-on engineering with ownership of the client relationship, including connecting the product to client systems and measuring its quality.

What you'll do

- Spend time on site with end users to spot weaknesses in their processes and documentation, then organize that knowledge so AI systems can use it.

- Build quick, pragmatic connectors and retrieval pipelines linking the product to clients' business software.

- Create tailored evaluation methods for each client segment from limited real-world data, and work with engineering to raise model quality.

- Manage the full client journey, covering late-stage demonstrations, onboarding, expansion across multiple locations and continued support.

- Pass field feedback and feature ideas to the product team, and guide change management inside large, established organizations.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Background in building system connectors and data flows, such as APIs, webhooks or ETL across several platforms, or retrieval-based AI for business use.

- A technical degree or an equivalent record of shipping and deploying software; a strong school or strong prior employer is the usual expectation, otherwise very strong, verifiable results in relevant past work.

- Experience delivering software directly to clients in large, asset-heavy or regulated sectors.

- Experience adding LLM or retrieval features to a client workflow and creating evals to measure the outcome.

- Familiarity with integrating ITSM, ERP, field-service and maintenance platforms.

- A track record of taking deployments from pilot to production and producing results clients can measure.

- Hands-on experience personally building and shipping agentic or retrieval-based AI features.

- Willingness to travel domestically about 25% of the time.

- Roughly 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points

- Prior experience on an early-stage or founding team responsible for deployment or sales.

- Past startup founder experience with commercial traction.
