About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager to act as the crucial bridge between our customers and our rapidly evolving product. Because our platform introduces fundamentally new AI capabilities, you will be responsible for guiding customers through uncharted territory and helping them transform their daily workflows. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to ensure that frontline customer needs directly shape our technical roadmap.

Core Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet with customers to proactively uncover additional tasks and workflows that can be automated within our platform.

  • Conduct deep discovery by drilling down into customer problems to validate their impact and design solutions using our AI products.

  • Manage pilot programs with strong project management skills to successfully guide deals to closure.

  • Train and onboard customers, providing the extreme hands-on guidance they need to navigate cutting-edge tools.

  • Relay exceptionally clear business problems and comprehensive technical details to the EPD teams when customers face blockers.

What You'll Bring
  • Clear Communication: The ability to translate complex product features for customers and relay precise, actionable requirements back to PM and EPD.

  • Proactiveness: A relentless drive to independently uncover new use cases, making the platform stickier and more valuable.

  • Deep Discovery Skills: A talent for digging three levels deep to fully understand the core pain points and mechanics of a marketer's workflow.

  • Project Management: A highly organized approach to running pilots and executing on strategic objectives to drive adoption.

  • Fast Product Learning: The agility to quickly become an absolute expert in our evolving products so you can effectively teach and empower others.
