About Clearly AI

Clearly AI automates the most painful bottleneck in the enterprise: security and privacy reviews. We help security teams complete high-quality threat models, privacy impact assessments, and vendor risk evaluations in minutes instead of weeks.

We’re live with Fortune 500s and global brands including Rivian, Ericsson, HID Global, Affirm, Webflow, and Okta. We’ve reviewed thousands of security-critical products, from badge scanners to stablecoin platforms to autonomous driving features.

Backed by Y Combinator, Basis Set Ventures, Crosspoint Capital, Argon Ventures, and Ritual Capital. Selected as a Top 10 Finalist for the RSAC 2026 Innovation Sandbox Contest. Advised by former CISOs of Amplitude and OKX, the former CEO of Reddit, and the former CPO of Brex.

We are early. We are deeply technical. We are building alongside real practitioners, and we want a real practitioner who loves working with customers to help.

Location

Seattle/SF preferred, remote OK. We meet in person 1-2x per quarter. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Why This Role Exists

Our customers are Fortune 500s and global brands operating inside complex, highly regulated security environments. They need someone who can:

  • Understand real security workflows across threat modeling, privacy, and vendor risk

  • Integrate Clearly AI into those workflows alongside Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and GitHub

  • Drive disciplined implementation from contract to production

  • Translate deployment friction into shipped product improvements

This role exists to ensure customers deploy Clearly AI deeply, correctly, and measurably.

What You’ll Own

1. Technical Deployment & Production Adoption

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding from signed contract → operational production usage

  • Integrate Clearly AI into enterprise systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, GitHub, etc.)

  • Configure review workflows aligned to each customer’s security processes

  • Drive implementation timelines and ensure milestones are met

  • Move customers from pilot → embedded operational usage

2. Implementation Project Management

  • Run structured weekly and monthly customer syncs

  • Maintain clear agendas, owners, and next steps

  • Track blockers and technical dependencies

  • Coordinate closely with engineering on integration requirements

  • Ensure nothing drifts between calls

3. Security Workflow Optimization

  • Operate inside real threat modeling, DPIA, and vendor risk workflows

  • Identify automation opportunities within existing processes

  • Help reduce review cycle time and operational backlog

  • Ensure product usage maps to measurable security outcomes

4. Product Feedback & Engineering Collaboration

  • Conduct structured deployment reviews

  • Translate workflow friction into actionable feature requests

  • Log and manage feedback clearly in Linear

  • Collaborate directly with engineering on requirements and edge cases

  • Close the loop with customers when improvements ship

5. Support & Process Infrastructure

  • Help triage inbound customer support issues

  • Identify recurring patterns in bugs or workflow friction

  • Build lightweight processes for tracking blockers and feature requests

  • Create documentation and onboarding playbooks

What This Role Is NOT
  • Not a traditional SaaS Customer Success Manager

  • Not primarily an executive relationship role

  • Not a quota-carrying sales position

  • Not a broad CS team builder

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years in GRC, privacy, or security engineering or as a security consultant

  • Hands-on experience with threat modeling, vendor risk assessments, or privacy reviews

  • Experience implementing security tools into enterprise workflows, setting up integrations, and configuring tooling

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills

  • Ability to speak the language of security practitioners (STRIDE, DPIA, TPRM, CVE, etc.)

  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams

  • Ability to debug customer issues to identify root causes

Strongly Preferred

  • Prior experience as a forward deployed engineer or security consultant

  • Deep familiarity with modern security workflows (AppSec reviews, privacy programs, vendor risk programs)

  • Experience translating customer deployment challenges into shipped product improvements

  • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, Confluence integrations

  • Demonstrated passion for security automation and operational efficiency

  • Experience working in early-stage startups

How Success Is Measured (First 12 Months)
  • % of customers deployed into production workflows

  • Implementation cycle time from contract → operational adoption

  • Measurable reduction in review cycle time across accounts

  • Structured product feedback loops consistently operating

  • Reduced support chaos through improved process and documentation

Why Join Clearly AI
  • Work with a lean but powerful founding team to ensure customer feedback is reflected in the product from day one

  • See your impact directly improving customers’ experiences as security practitioners

  • Join an RSAC 2026 Innovation Sandbox Top 10 Finalist backed by $8.4M in seed funding

  • Operate at the intersection of AI and enterprise security

  • YC alum with proven, technical founders and strong growth momentum

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits

  • Direct path to leadership opportunities as the company scales
