About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Split your time between writing production code and talking with business customers about what they need. You will translate those conversations into working solutions, release them quickly, and feed reusable pieces back into the core product.
What you'll do
- Own customer implementations from initial requirements through to a live deployment.
- Build and release intelligent automations on the company's platform for key accounts.
- Meet with large business customers after the sale to learn their pain points and define the technical approach.
- Turn around working solutions fast, often within days of the first conversation.
- Fold reusable customer-specific work back into the core platform.
- Partner with product and engineering colleagues to shape customer feedback into scalable features.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3 to 6 years of professional engineering experience after university.
- Customer-facing engineering experience with regular contact with large business clients.
- Full-stack ability across front end and back end.
- A record of scoping problems, building solutions and shipping quickly in a post-sales setting.
- Experience delivering several features or automations for large customers.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
- A strong ownership mindset and a habit of creating structure instead of waiting for it.
- Comfort moving between customer conversations and focused, heads-down coding.
Bonus points
- Production experience with automated or agent-style workflows that use machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience integrating pipelines built on large language models.
- Background in financial services.
