Why Dealops?

AI’s transforming how companies price, sell and scale. The shift towards outcome-based, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models has unlocked a $25B+ market, demanding smarter solutions across pricing, deal execution, and sales compensation. Led by ex-Stripe operators and backed by Pear VC, General Catalyst and execs from OpenAI, Stripe and Slack with $7M in funding, Dealops is a pioneering AI‑driven platform that enables flexible pricing, streamline workflows and boost sales performance.

The opportunity

As a Forward Deployment Strategist, the mission is to connect the dots between user needs, data insights, and product capabilities - helping customers unlock real value through Dealops. We’ve turned multi-month long technical implementations into just weeks with our modular and flexible AI platform. You’ll be our flag bearer for this industry transformation.

This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office. You’ll work closely with customers building the next generation of AI products, deep dive into their pricing and deal workflows, and partner directly with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leaders to design and deploy solutions that scale.

If you’ve led high-impact, client-facing projects and are now excited to build the foundations of how AI companies price, this is your moment to own the change, not just recommend it.

Ownership – full end-to-end accountability, no hand-offs

1 → 10 growth – writing playbooks, not following them

Customer activation – hands-on onboarding, adoption and expansion

Strategic projects – turning insights into GTM and product bets

What you’ll own
  • Activate and onboard customers: Design and run pilots, implementations, and trainings that create the first “aha” moment fast and repeatable

  • Partner with leaders: Work directly with Heads of Pricing, RevOps, and Product at leading AI and fintech companies to expand Dealops’ footprint

  • Scale what works: Identify repeatable patterns from deployments, codify best practices, and shape the product so every new customer reaches value faster

What makes you a fit
  • 3-5 years in a client-facing role such as a top-tier consulting firm and account management, implementation, or product at a high-growth startup

  • Proven experience owning and delivering client or product workstreams end-to-end

  • Exceptional business intuition and ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes

  • Experience with B2B Pricing, GTM tools, or AI agents a plus — but attitude and curiosity beat exact background

What we offer
  • Competitive salary + early stage equity

  • Medical, dental, vision

  • Unlimited PTO (really)

  • Daily team lunch & snacks
