About the Company

Our client is a Series A enterprise AI company, founded in 2023, that turns some of the world's hardest business processes into software. Its platform is deployed globally for Fortune 500 companies, delivering 98%+ quality across more than half a million production runs. The company has raised $50M from top-tier investors and has roughly 40 people.

About the Role

Own the commercial, stakeholder and delivery success of the company's most strategic enterprise deployments. You will be the face of the company inside very large customers, taking warm leads from the CEO, selling large pilots to executives and carrying each deployment from first pilot to global scale. This is a rare chance to shape the forward-deployed motion at a company redefining what software can do.

What You Will Do

Take warm leads from the CEO, sell seven and eight figure pilots to Fortune 500 executives and own the full commercial relationship.

Scope deployments by understanding customer processes, aligning complex stakeholder groups and setting clear success metrics before anything runs.

Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including Forward Deployed Engineers, to take pilots to full production.

Navigate ambiguous, high-stakes enterprise environments, managing change and keeping executives aligned.

Find expansion opportunities and grow accounts from first pilot to global scale.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

Three to seven years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, in a Palantir-style deployment role, or in enterprise sales into Fortune 500 accounts, with client-facing work you directly owned.

Strong commercial instincts: you have scoped, negotiated and closed complex enterprise engagements or carried a quota.

Proven enterprise stakeholder management, from operations teams to the C-suite.

A record of leading end-to-end deployments with measurable customer outcomes.

Enough technical fluency to engage with engineers on implementation, without needing to be one.

Exceptional autonomy and comfort with ambiguity.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits

$160,000-$250,000 base salary plus competitive equity, depending on experience. Visa transfers are considered.

Location and Work Model

Full-time and fully on-site in San Francisco. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome.

Why Join

Work on the front lines of how large enterprises are being rebuilt around AI, with direct access to founders and the biggest customers.
