Labor is 60% of the P&L of American healthcare. However, hospital’s core processes to manage and optimize labor live on paper, spreadsheets, or through departments of 20+ FTEs. Vitalizes transforms these processes from painstakingly tedious to autonomous, freeing up thousands of hours and reducing labor costs by 8-figures.
🪓 About the roleWe're approaching near 8-figures in ARR and are on track to be the fastest growing company in enterprise healthcare. We’re hiring for a Founding AE to help us build the best enterprise GTM motion in healthcare and scale Vitalize take us from $10M to $100M in ARR. You’ll be selling our software to health systems and work directly with our CEO to build Vitalize Care’s GTM organization.
🥇 Skills2+ years of enterprise sales experience.
Proven track record of closing high 6 figure and 7 figure enterprise contracts.
Ability to “make something out of nothing.” We’re excited about individuals who identify creative avenues to identify leads and scale our pipeline.
Nice to Have Experiences: experience working with health systems, experience at seed or Series A stage startups
