Why RoboForce

RoboForce is an AI robotics company developing Physical AI–powered Robo-Labor for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. We are not just building AI robots. We are building an AI-native company.

We are hiring a Founding AI Native Lead, reporting directly to the co-founder and working closely with world-class AI and robotics experts across the company. This is a founding builder-operator role focused on turning AI from scattered experiments into company-wide leverage.

You will build workflows, agents, automations, playbooks, and internal systems that make RoboForce faster, sharper, and more scalable. You are helping make the entire company AI-native.

Responsibilities

• RoboForce AI-Native Operating System — Build RoboForce's internal AI-native operating system, including agents, automations, workflows, templates, and internal tools, from prototype to production.

• High-Leverage Opportunities — Identify where AI can create 3× leverage across the company. Prototype quickly, measure impact, scale what works, and kill what doesn't.

• Workflow Adoption — Drive AI agent adoption across AI, software, hardware, marketing, operations, recruiting, BD, and more by embedding AI into daily workflows.

• AI-native Champion Program — Lead the cross-functional AI Champion network to capture, spread, and operationalize the best AI-native practices across teams.

• AI Agent Usage Standards — Define company-wide standards for tools, cost, security, model routing, context management, and human approval thresholds.

• AI-Native Infrastructure — Partner with engineering and IT on connectors, permissions, local model hosting, monitoring, and secure deployment.

• Technical Chief of Staff Execution — Turn ambiguous AI-native priorities into clear systems, owners, workflows, and execution rhythms.

• In-Office Collaboration — Work in-office 5 days a week to enable high-bandwidth collaboration, rapid iteration, and direct access to teams.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years across product, engineering, AI workflows, founder office, or Chief of Staff roles.

• Daily AI power user with hands-on experience using Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, or equivalent tools.

• Technical fluency with APIs, scripting, LLM tools, agent frameworks, integrations, and internal automation.

• Strong cross-functional execution across technical and non-technical teams.

• Builder mindset: vague problem → working prototype → real adoption.

• Sharp product judgment on when to use a prompt, bot, script, SOP, workflow, dashboard, or no tool.

• High judgment with sensitive company context, ambiguity, and fast-moving priorities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, agent frameworks, LLM routing, or local model hosting.

• Ex-founder or direct founder-office experience in a high-growth startup.

• Experience building a function, system, or operating cadence from zero.

• Background in AI, robotics, hardware, deep tech, or technically complex domains.

Benefits

• Competitive stock options/equity programs.

• Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan.

• Visa sponsorship and green card support for qualified candidates.

• Lunches and dinners, a fully stocked kitchen, and regular team-building events.
