About the Role

We’re hiring a Founding Brand Designer to define what Juicebox stands for and ensure that shows up everywhere our company exists in the world.

You will be responsible for building the foundation of the Juicebox brand: what we believe, how we communicate, and how we visually express ourselves across every touchpoint. Juicebox is a premium brand: reflected in our product, how we show up for customers, and every material we publish.

This is a foundational role with high visibility and ownership. In this role, you’ll partner closely with product, marketing, sales, leadership, and external vendors to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint - from campaigns to content to product storytelling. You’ll shape how the market understands Juicebox—and how we understand ourselves.

You Will...

  • Define the Brand

    • Audit and deeply understand the current Juicebox brand: how it shows up internally and externally

    • Define what Juicebox stands for: our positioning, narrative, and brand principles

    • Establish a clear, distinct brand voice, visuals, and tone that scales across channels

  • Bring the Brand to Life

    • Partner with content marketing to shape high-quality content (video, thought leadership, campaigns)

    • Work with GTM and sales teams to ensure brand shows up clearly in how we sell and communicate

    • Translate brand strategy into execution across marketing channels and influencer / partnership campaigns

    • Align stakeholders around a unified brand direction and ensure adoption across teams

You Have...

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, design, creative strategy, or similar roles

  • Deep understanding of brand voice, positioning, and visual identity

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on—equally comfortable defining direction and executing details

  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Perks & Benefits

  • Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.

  • Comprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents. Dental & Vision: 90% employer covered; 85% for dependents.

  • $2,000 annual wellness stipend to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.

  • Daily meals provided.

  • $300/month commuting stipend to help cover the cost of getting to and from the office.

Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
