About Us

We are a well-funded SF Bay Area startup backed by tier-1 investors. We’re a small, cracked team in stealth, building an agentic platform for the hardest, least glamorous, but most valuable, software problems inside the Global 2000. Think decades-old business logic, mission-critical systems, and colossal codebases where every percent of reliability matters. Our product blends program analysis, developer tooling, and code generation to turn multi-year enterprise transformations into something teams can do in a fraction of the time, with verification, auditability, and real-world guarantees. Join a talent-dense founding team with meaningful equity and real growth upside at the intersection of ERP and artificial intelligence.

Role Summary

You will work directly with customers on high-leverage projects and help define our culture, our engineering bar, and our roadmap.

  • Design the agentic layer. Implement self-checking, reflection, and verification passes before results reach humans or downstream systems

  • Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and retrieval augmented generation. Familiarity with LangGraph is a plus.

  • Stand up inference paths with low latency serving and token-level observability

  • Productionize prompt pipelines, retrieval, and light fine-tuning, where it moves the needle

  • Hands-on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support.

  • Ownership mentality, crisp communication, and comfortable making decisions with 80 percent information.

  • Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn new stacks, bring a we will figure it out attitude.

Why Join
