Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a full-time Unity engineer, with a proven track record of shipping products

  • Must be in or near San Francisco, this is an in person role

  • Ideally you've either worked on an indie/mobile game or been an early engineer at a startup

Compensation:

130k-180k with generous equity package

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and develop immersive, interactive sandbox environments for our AI-driven show platform

  • Design and implement systems for dynamic camera control, character animation, and efficient management of large-scale addressable assets

  • Create seamless integration between Unity and AI agents for navigation and dialogue systems

  • Develop and optimize WebGL and iOS deployments

  • Collaborate with a small, high-impact founding team to shape our technical foundation and product roadmap
