About White Circle

White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.

  • We’ve raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others

  • We process over 100M+ API calls every month

  • We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model

We’re at a multi-million dollar run rate already having signed customers like Lovable and multiple neobanks. You’ll be joining at the most exciting time - early enough that the equity can be life changing but at a point where demand has been proven.

We’re a small, highly focused team. If you want to work deeply on hard problems and build the category-defining company in AI safety - this role is for you!

About The Role

You'll be our first dedicated events/conferences hire. Your job is to build, scale and own GTM events end-to-end, as an acquisition channel.

Much of it will be coordinated remotely, for the most important ones, you’ll be there.

What You'll Do
  • ROI: Working closely with Sales to optimize for qualified meetings held, you’ll own White Circles global GTM conferences strategy end-to-end and the return on every dollar spent. Treat each event as an experiment: measure it, triple down on what works, kill what doesn't.

  • Strategy: Own our conference calendar and lead our presence at conferences across the US and Europe — booths, speaking slots, sponsorships and the dinners and drinks receptions around them. Be prepared to justify why you’ve gone for any specific approach/package and not others.

  • The Flagship: Build White Circle’s annual flagship event and close-door panels from zero — concept, audience, partnerships, content, on-the-day execution. Think big - ElevenLabs-Summit scale, with real capital behind it.

  • Operational excellence: Vendors, budgets, logistics, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up — all handled without drop.

  • AI-powered event ops: Scale a traditionally high-touch function with AI — attendee research, follow-up sequences, content repurposing — and partner with our GTM engineers to wire every event into Attio with full attribution.

Must haves
  • 7+ years of relevant experience: Proven track record of generating pipeline from conferences across multiple European markets or US wide (ie. not just the UK), in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, security, developer tools, or AI

  • A track record of partnering closely with sales: You operate as a peer in QBRs and pipeline reviews, translating sales priorities and account intelligence into programs that produce. You bring a clear point of view on where marketing investment will and won't drive return, and you align fast

  • Flexibility to travel to key events: Prioritising when you will and won’t add value by being on site

  • Comfort with an international remit: You'll coordinate events across two continents, and travel internationally for the ones that matter

  • Owner mindset: Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice to haves
  • High-growth experience: You've run events at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI company and know what good looks like

  • Flagship from zero: You've designed and launched an annual flagship event from scratch — concept, audience, format, brand

  • Brand & creative sensibility: You can brief a designer and have a view on every touchpoint

  • Cyber Security / AI safety familiarity: You understand our buyers and space already

  • A network: in AI, tech, or enterprise events circles

Compensation and benefits
  • Salary: $140K – $180K

  • Performance-based bonus

  • Meaningful equity package

  • All the hardware, tools, and services you need

  • Team off-sites twice a year: we’ve recently been to the Alps and to Saint-Tropez

How we hire
  • Intro call (30 min)

  • Take-home assignment followed by debrief with Head of Revenue (60 min)

  • Final conversation with our CEO (60 min)
