At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

Why Hightouch?

Here, you will be at the forefront of the next evolution of MarTech. You’ll have the autonomy to shape a massive new product category while working alongside a world-class team and some of the most forward-thinking consumer brands in the world.

The Role

We are looking for our first Forward Deployed Creative Strategist to act as the crucial bridge between our cutting-edge agentic platform and the world’s most innovative brands.

Reporting into the Solutions & Success organization, you will be a zero-to-one foundational member of the team. You will speak peer-to-peer with performance marketing leaders, educating them on the paradigm shift toward agentic marketing systems, and guiding them through successful pilots. You will pair your deep marketing expertise with innate sales acumen to navigate complex buying processes and drive adoption.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a Strategic Peer: Engage with performance marketing teams at top-tier, innovative companies. You will speak their language, understand their current attribution and campaign scaling challenges, and educate them on how agentic workflows can transform their operations.
  • Drive Deals & Pilots: Partner closely with our sales organization to navigate complex enterprise buying processes. You will be instrumental in defining pilot success criteria and driving those pilots forward to closed-won deals.
  • Collaborate with Creative: Work hand-in-hand with our Forward Deployed Creative Designers. You will bridge the gap between performance data and creative execution, ensuring that AI-generated assets (utilizing the latest generation models like Veo and Nano Banana 2) are optimized for conversion and pilot success.
  • Shape the Playbook: As the first person in this role, you will help design the go-to-market motion, define the educational frameworks we use for new customers, and feed critical market insights back to our product and engineering teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Performance Marketing DNA: Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns. You understand the metrics, the pain points, and the day-to-day realities of a performance marketer.
  • Sales Acumen: You possess strong commercial instincts. Whether you have formal sales experience or a natural ability to guide a prospect through an evaluation, you know how to build consensus, handle objections, and close.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Proven experience working closely with creative teams and designers. You know how to brief creatives, evaluate assets, and tie creative performance back to marketing metrics.
  • A "Zero-to-One" Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and are excited by the prospect of building a new function from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Curiosity: An eagerness to dive deep into AI-driven creative performance and the evolving landscape of agentic marketing tools.

The on-target earning range for this position is $180,000-$250,000 per year, which is location-independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.
