Lead Waniwani's marketing function end-to-end: own SEO/AEO strategy, build a content engine, craft brand and category narrative, grow social/community, run campaigns and events, and measure content-to-revenue impact. First-hire role working directly with the CEO.
Founded in 2026 by Robin and Maxime,
Waniwani is backed by Hexa (eFounders), the pioneer startup studio in Europe, having launched 40+ companies, including unicorns like Front, Aircall and Spendesk combining €230m+ ARR and €750m raised.
We launched the first insurance app inside ChatGPT. It triggered $26B in market cap losses for the world's largest brokers. Now we need someone to make sure the world knows what's coming next.
The Company
Waniwani is building the AI distribution infrastructure for quote-based services. We help companies sell directly inside LLMs, where buying decisions are increasingly happening, by setting up, maintaining, and optimizing their AI sales agents. We started with financial services. We won't stop there.
The press called it an industry shift. We call it Day 1.
Why This Role Exists
We just created a moment. The ChatGPT launch generated worldwide press coverage and massive inbound demand. But moments fade. What lasts is a brand, a content engine, and a category that people associate with your name.
This role exists to turn a moment into a movement. You'll own the entire marketing function: brand, content, SEO/AEO, social, events, and category narrative. You're not supporting growth. You are growth.
What You'll Actually Do
Own SEO and AEO. Make Waniwani the answer, for humans and for AI models. Build a content architecture that ranks, gets cited, and drives organic pipeline. You'll define our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy from scratch.
Create the content engine. Write, commission, and ship content that educates the market: blog posts, reports, social threads, video, newsletters. You'll set the editorial calendar and own the output.
Propulse the brand. Craft the messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice that positions Waniwani as the reference in AI distribution. Website copy, sales decks, investor materials, event presence, all of it consistent and sharp.
Define the category. "AI distribution" doesn't exist as a category yet. Help us name it, frame it, and own it. Write the thought leadership, secure the speaking slots, run the events that make Waniwani synonymous with the space.
Leverage social and community. Grow our presence on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, HN, and relevant industry channels. Build a following that drives inbound and positions the founders as authorities.
Execute creative campaigns. Plan and execute product launches, PR pushes, partnership announcements, and event activations. Coordinate with press, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
Measure what matters. Track content performance, brand awareness, organic traffic, and pipeline attribution. You'll know exactly which content drives revenue and double down accordingly.
You'll work directly with the CEO and shape how the market perceives Waniwani. This is a first-hire marketing role with full creative ownership.
This Role Is for You If
You're a marketer who can write. Not "write briefs for an agency" write. Actually write. Compelling, clear, sharp content that people want to read and share.
You're passionate about B2B marketing and admire companies like Clay, Vanta, Attio, and Deel that have nailed product-led brand and content-driven growth.
You understand how SEO works and where it's going with AI. You're curious about GEO/AEO and want to pioneer best practices in a category where nobody has the playbook yet.
You have a feel for brand. You know what looks good, sounds right, and resonates. You can go from a LinkedIn post to a full brand positioning document.
You're 2-5 years into your career, ideally with experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a high-growth startup. You've seen what great marketing looks like and you want to build it from zero.
Native or bilingual English required.
