About Us

We're building AI employees. Not chatbots. Not copilots. Autonomous digital workers that do real jobs.

Our first, Ava, is an AI BDR used by hundreds of companies. She researches leads, writes and sends emails in a customer's voice, runs multi-step outbound sequences, manages her own deliverability infrastructure, self-optimizes over time, and handles objections and meeting booking. She's not a tool someone uses. She's a teammate.

We're a YC W24 company, have raised $35M+ from investors including Y Combinator, and are at $10M+ ARR. We just launched Ava 2.0, a step change in what an AI employee can do.

About the Role

You'll be our first full-time marketer.

We're known for our marketing. Billboards across San Francisco, campaigns that take over LinkedIn, a brand that punches well above our size. What we don't have yet is someone running the channels underneath it, the ones that compound month over month.

That's this role. You'll work directly with our CEO and Chief of Staff on the growth channels that bring buyers to us, and you'll be the person who actually ships the work. We're moving fast toward $25M+ ARR, and there is more to run than we currently have hands for.

What you'll work on:

- SEO and AEO: How buyers find us in search and in LLMs. Growing it into one of our largest inbound channels, with a high bar on content quality, not just volume

- Paid: Running paid search and paid social day to day, from creative to targeting to reporting on what's working

- Lifecycle: Our email programs end to end, from trial nurture to onboarding to expansion

- Website: Building out artisan.co alongside our design and front-end partners. New pages, campaign pages, and testing the path from landing page to booked demo

- Launch campaigns: We ship new products and features constantly. You'll run the campaign around each one, from landing page to email to paid to launch day

- Sponsorships and events: Podcasts, newsletters, and conferences. Getting them live, getting them right, and reporting on what they returned

Brand, stunts, and the big creative concepts come from our CEO and Chief of Staff. You'll be the one turning them into shipped campaigns and building the channels underneath them.

What You Bring

- 2+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company, hands on

- Real depth in at least two of: SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle email

- You've run launch campaigns end to end. You're happy doing the execution yourself rather than briefing an agency and waiting

- You're comfortable with data. You can pull your own numbers and report on your own channels

- A creative, out-of-the-box mindset

- Grit, hunger, and a willingness to work hard (we often work nights and weekends)

Why Join Us

- First marketing hire at $10M ARR, with a brand most startups would kill for

- Work directly with our CEO and Chief of Staff

- Real surface area. You'll touch every channel we run

- Competitive compensation and full benefits

- Flexibility and autonomy

- Collaborate with a mission-driven, ambitious, and extremely talented team

- Fast-moving culture where you'll ship meaningful work every week

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
