You will be our first non-technical hire, working directly with the founders to spread the word about Floot and drive our growth. Your actions will directly impact our revenue and user base while actively shaping the public image of the company.

What you’ll do
  • Work directly with the founders to implement growth strategies and influence product direction
  • Plan, experiment with, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Build partnerships with influencers, creators, and community leaders
  • Write and publish compelling marketing content (emails, landing pages, social posts, blogs, etc)
  • Set up and analyze tracking to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities
  • Be active in communities (Reddit, Twitter, Discord, etc) to drive engagement and gather insights
  • Talk to users regularly to understand their needs and refine messaging

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $100 – $200 per year.
