About Simple

Simple AI is building state of the art voice AI agents for enterprise. Our realistic agents help iconic businesses like Doordash, xAI, and Omaha Steaks handle all kinds of phone operations, from customer support to order intake to lead qualifications. We are growing revenue like crazy and looking to hire a couple founding software engineers to help us stay afloat of current customer demand and also build out systems for the future. We are very excited about the potential for AI to change the world, and work out of our SF based office.

Simple AI raised $14M from world-class investors and operators like Y Combinator, First Harmonic, Massive Tech Ventures, Michael Seibel, Jared Friedman, Alexandr Wang, Matt Van Horn, Suhail Doshi, and Scott Wu.

The Team

The founders (Catheryn and Zach) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for YC founders, including YC’s co-founder matching site. Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at U Chicago and led software at PEAK6.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to help define how Simple shows up to enterprise buyers. This person will own messaging, positioning, launches, customer stories, and the content/sales enablement needed to make our product obvious, credible, and urgent for contact center and GTM leaders.

This is a founding content/product marketing role. You should be an exceptional writer, strong with customer research, and comfortable building from zero with the CEO, sales, and product.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary & meaningful equity

  • Employee-friendly equity terms

  • An office located in SF

  • Health, dental & vision insurance

  • Free lunch & dinner at the office

  • Commute Assistance

  • Regular team events & offsites

What You'll Need
  • 1+ years of experience in a content heavy marketing role

  • Own messaging and positioning for Simple's enterprise voice AI agents.

  • Turn customer conversations, sales calls, and product wins into crisp narratives, case studies, website copy, launch content, and sales enablement.

  • Build content around the problems Simple solves: call center automation, order intake, lead qualification, revenue capture, deflection, QA, and customer experience.

  • Partner closely with the CEO and the sales team to sharpen ICP, persona messaging, objection handling, competitive positioning, and outbound collateral.

  • Lead product and feature launches, including launch strategy, sales enablement, website updates, customer proof, and post-launch measurement.

  • Create executive/thought-leadership content.

Nice To Have
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or as an early marketing hire.

  • Experience with AI, contact center, customer support, sales automation, or enterprise workflow products.

  • Experience creating customer stories, blogs, launch plans, competitive pages, or founder-led content.

If you're excited to build the marketing content behind a fast-growing AI startup, we'd love to chat.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
