ABOUT

Arceus is building the AI-native law firm for the next generation of category-defining companies.

We help fast-moving companies move contracts through legal at record speed, with transparency, predictable pricing, and exceptional quality.

We are hiring a Founding Growth to help us execute everything it takes to build a generational company.

You will run the programs that put us in front of the right people, test new channels, and turn what works into repeatable systems. We have extremely high ambitions. You should too.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco, reporting to the CEO.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeing incredible demand for our product. The market is open for us to capture and emerge as the winners in this new category.

This is a rare chance to:

  • Build the growth motion of a generational law firm from the ground up

  • Own events, launches, experimentation, and much more

  • Work directly with the founders to influence go-to-market strategy and positioning

  • Turn early wins into the playbooks that scale

  • Own meaningful equity in a company with category-defining ambition

  • Take on significant responsibility and learn how to build a category-defining company

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a high-agency operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. You have a few years of experience and operate like an owner — ambitious, curious, resilient, and relentless about getting things done.

  • You think like an entrepreneur and operate like an owner

  • You have run events, launches, or growth programs and can point to outcomes

  • You execute fast and get things across the finish line without being told how

  • You take complete ownership of outcomes and find a way to deliver

  • You bring urgency and intensity to your work every day

  • You are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

  • You are comfortable measuring your own work and killing what isn't performing

  • You willingly take on challenges far outside your comfort zone

  • You hold yourself to an exceptionally high standard and expect to keep raising it

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Day 7: You're onboarded and owning your first project

  • Day 14: You've executed your first event or experiment, or onboarded your first customers

  • Day 30: You are running multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball

  • Day 60: You own repeatable operations and growth playbooks that the whole team relies on

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

We have an extraordinarily high bar and expect relentless, consistent execution. You are expected to show up every day with urgency, ownership, and a positive attitude, and to deliver results consistently.

  • Own and execute events, and conferences end to end including logistics, guest lists, and follow-up

  • Run growth experiments across conferences, launches, brand moments and new channels, and scale what’s working

  • Drive product and feature launches from planning through execution

  • Build partnerships with investors, accelerators, and founder communities that put us in the room

  • Own the operational stack behind growth: CRM, sequencing, tracking, and automation

  • Build the operational systems and playbooks that let us scale what's working

  • Jump on whatever needs doing to keep the company moving fast

We ask a lot because we are building an exceptional company. In return, you'll get a fast-track opportunity to grow your career, take on responsibility far beyond your experience level, and learn what it takes to build a disciplined, relentless, world-class organization.

EXPERIENCE
  • 2-5 years of work experience; startup, high-growth, or founder/builder background a strong plus

  • You are relentless, and will work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (yes, including weekends)

  • You thrive in an environment with an exceptionally high bar, where everyone is expected to go above and beyond

  • You own outcomes from start to finish and have a track record of never dropping the ball

  • You are exceptionally organized and disciplined

  • You move at an incredible pace and have insane urgency to deliver results

  • You respond to setbacks with resilience, resourcefulness, and a determination to find a way

  • (Bonus) Experience running events, launches, or customer-facing programs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $120,000 – $160,000

  • Competitive equity in the company

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Catered lunches and dinners at the office

  • Wellness and learning stipends

  • Option to contribute to a 401(k)

  • Unlimited PTO
