About the role

Blueberry is building the autonomous 1:1 marketer. Our AI enables brands to drive personalized conversations with every customer, supercharge lifecycle marketing outcomes, and drive revenue.

We’re:

  • Enterprise-proven: Trusted by the San Francisco 49ers, Paris Hilton’s portfolio, and DTC brands generating $100M+ in annual sales—all through founder-led sales.

  • Growing quickly: Over the past six months, we’ve repeatedly doubled both revenue and customers onboarded.

  • Talent-dense: Eight people, 75% ex-founders.

  • Early: The GTM playbooks don’t yet exist at Blueberry.

AI is changing how every consumer brand communicates with its customers. We are defining that shift—and we’re looking for someone who wants their fingerprints on the company and category we build.

This is not a traditional AE role. You’ll own our DTC motion end-to-end, partner with our Founder & CEO on enterprise sales, and grow into building and leading Blueberry’s GTM engine.

This role is for someone who can sell today and wants to become a GTM leader—or eventually build a company of their own.

What you’ll do
  • Own revenue: Create pipeline and close DTC business end-to-end (discovery, demos, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing) while partnering with our Founder & CEO on enterprise opportunities.

  • Create demand: Use outbound, events, partnerships, referrals, and creative prospecting to reach buyers wherever they gather.

  • Build the GTM engine: Determine which customers, messages, channels, and sales motions convert, then build the systems and playbook that scale.

  • Use the team: Partner with our Founder & CEO, GTM Engineer, and Storyteller to build target lists, campaigns, collateral, and systems that increase your output.

  • Do whatever it takes: Move mountains to help Blueberry 10x revenue in six months.

What we’re looking for
  • 2-5 years in sales or customer-facing GTM: You have personally generated pipeline and closed business.

  • DTC fluency: Experience selling to or working inside consumer brands, e-commerce, or the surrounding ecosystem is strongly preferred.

  • You’re a hunter: You create opportunities without depending on inbound demand, brand recognition, or perfect collateral—and deliver results on tight timelines.

  • You learn quickly: You test new messages and channels, study what works, and improve through repetition.

  • You’re a top 1% communicator: You write sharp outreach, run compelling demos, and earn trust with founders and marketing executives. People understand you and like you.

  • You’re low ego: You care about the customer, the number, and the company—not whose job something is.

Why this role?

You will build Blueberry’s revenue engine, not inherit someone else’s. But you’ll do so with a strong support system between the Founder & CEO, GTM Engineer, and Storyteller to help you execute.

You’ll own DTC from day one, work directly with our Founder & CEO on enterprise sales, influence the product, and develop the playbook and team that follow you.

Exceptional performance can create a path toward leading a significant part of Blueberry’s GTM organization.
