Role Overview

As a founding member of the Go-to-Market team at Tenzo AI, you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape the sales engine of a company redefining the future of recruitment. With a backlog of 100+ inbound leads—over half from Fortune 500 companies—we’re looking for elite sellers who can convert interest into transformative, high-value partnerships.

This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to be at the forefront of a seismic industry shift, build lasting relationships with the world’s most influential enterprises, and participate in creating generational wealth alongside our founding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and close complex 6- and 7-figure deals with mid-market to Fortune 5 companies.

  • Craft and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth.

  • Collaborate directly with founders to refine processes, playbooks, and best practices.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Guide prospects from pilot to close, expanding into long-term, enterprise-wide partnerships.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4+ years of consistently exceeding sales quotas.

  • Proven track record of closing 6-figure+ enterprise deals.

  • Ability to build trust and deep relationships with executives at legacy enterprises.

  • Expertise in navigating complex procurement and legal processes at Fortune 500s.

  • A customer-first mindset: you love learning a prospect’s business and solving their hardest challenges.

  • Growth-oriented, eager to adopt new skills, methodologies, and bring best practices into our business.

  • A collaborative operator, working seamlessly with Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM teams.
