About Flai
Flai is building an AI communications platform for car dealerships. Dealerships use Flai to handle inbound calls, lead follow-up, and customer communication across service and sales, helping them capture more demand, book more appointments, and deliver a better customer experience.
This is a massive, operationally complex market where communication problems directly translate into lost revenue. Dealers are missing calls, customers are getting stuck on hold, and service teams are stretched thin. Flai gives dealerships a better way to manage customer communication at scale.
We're backed by First Round, Y Combinator, SV Angel, Liquid 2, Toyota Ventures, and other leading investors, working with dealership groups across the U.S. and growing quickly.
About the Role
We're hiring our first Marketer to help shape how Flai shows up in the market.
This is a hands-on role. You'll turn customer results, product launches, market insights, and dealership pain points into content that makes Flai's value clear. This includes case studies, customer videos, blog posts, LinkedIn content, website copy, sales collateral, launch content, event materials, and more.
This role is for someone who loves writing, storytelling, and shipping work. You'll have strong raw material: a massive market, real customer pain, measurable ROI, and a product dealers immediately understand.
What You'll Do
- Interview customers and turn their results into case studies, testimonials, blog posts, and social content
- Produce customer testimonial videos by coordinating interviews, videographers, editors, and agencies
- Write across blog posts, product launches, website copy, one-pagers, emails, sales collateral, and event materials
- Turn customer wins, product updates, and company milestones into LinkedIn content for Flai and the founders
- Translate dealership pain points and product value into clear, credible messaging
- Partner with sales and customer success to create content that supports the buying process
- Work with SEO partners or agencies to keep content accurate, useful, and on-brand
- Build a reusable content library for sales, customer success, recruiting, events, and brand
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 6 years in content marketing, brand marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, or a similar B2B role
- Strong writing ability and a portfolio of work you personally created or directly owned
- Experience creating customer-backed content such as case studies, testimonials, customer stories, or sales narratives
- Experience producing video content and managing freelancers, agencies, editors, or videographers
- Strong judgment for what makes content specific, credible, and differentiated
- Ability to turn rough input from customers, sales calls, product conversations, or founder ideas into polished external content
- Comfort learning a complex industry and making it accessible
- High ownership, strong follow-through, and a bias toward shipping
Nice to have
- Experience at an early-stage B2B startup
- Experience marketing to traditional or operationally complex industries
- Experience creating LinkedIn content for founders, executives, or B2B brands
- Familiarity with AI, automation, vertical SaaS, or voice AI
