WilsonAI is building the world leading AI platform for legal teams. We help lawyers move faster while staying in control, combining AI review and redlining with rapid contract analysis and intelligent legal insights. We are backed by Nomad Ventures, Autopilot Ventures, and Entrepreneur First, and raised a $1.7M pre seed at the end of 2024.

Since then, we have stabilised our product with real customers, beaten competitors that have raised more than $160M, and scaled to multi six figure revenue. We are now expanding across the UK and the US and building a small, elite team to transform how the trillion dollar legal industry operates in the AI era.

The role

We are looking for a Founding Marketing Lead to build WilsonAI’s marketing engine from first principles.

This is a hands on, content led role focused on driving inbound demand, self serve adoption, and brand authority. Sales is responsible for outbound, qualification, demos, and closing. Events, partnerships, and customer success are owned by our GTM function. Your job is to create leverage across all of them.

You will work closely with sales to generate qualified inbound demand, with GTM to power event and partnership sign ups and brand momentum, and with performance marketing to scale paid acquisition. You will also own the self serve narrative and conversion journey end to end.

This role is demanding and has real ownership.

Your mission

Make WilsonAI a default name in legal AI and a product people discover, trust, and adopt without a sales conversation.

Build and execute a content first marketing strategy that drives inbound demand for sales, fuels self serve signups, and compounds over time.

Own WilsonAI’s narrative, positioning, and voice across all channels, including how we explain legal AI, risk, productivity, and the future of legal work.

Create high output, high quality content across formats, including:

  • Short and long form video

  • Blogs, threads, explainers, and playbooks

  • Website messaging, landing pages, and conversion flows

  • Launch videos, product narratives, and visual assets

  • Newsletters and thought leadership series

Work closely with sales to produce sales enablement assets that materially improve outbound and demo performance, including decks, one pagers, case studies, objection handling content, and product explainers.

Own PR and earned media by identifying story angles, launches, and narratives that generate coverage and credibility.

Continuously test distribution, virality, and growth loops across channels such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, email, SEO, communities, and emerging platforms.

Measure what matters, learn fast, and double down on what works.

What we are looking for
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills

  • Hands on experience creating image and video content, including short form video and launch assets

  • Strong understanding of content distribution, platform algorithms, reach, engagement, and virality

  • Sharp instincts for storytelling and positioning for complex B2B and AI products

  • High agency and a bias to action in uncertain environments

  • Strong interest in AI, software, and the transformation of professional work

  • Ambition to build something meaningful and category defining

Why this role

This is a founding level role at a fast growing, venture backed AI company redefining legal work.

You will own marketing strategy and execution end to end. You will work directly with the founders in a high trust, high pace environment. You will be at the sharp edge of AI, product, sales, and company building, with the opportunity to help reshape a massive industry that is overdue for change.
