About Infinite

Infinite is the compliance network that makes stablecoins work for global business; the more companies that connect, the faster and cheaper every dollar moves. We are backed by Y Combinator and Bessemer Venture Partners, and our founding team previously built and scaled products at category leaders Coinbase, Mesh, Sardine, Socure, Tempo, and more.

What you’ll do
  • Account ownership and expansion: Own every live account from first transfer to recurring volume. Run the call cadence with customers, and track volume, revenue, and margin by account weekly to spot who is growing, stalling, or at risk. Find the next corridor, currency, or flow for each account, starting with the highest-margin ones.

  • Frontline customer support: Be the first responder in shared Slack customer channels. Solve what you can, route the rest to payments or compliance on-call with a clear ticket, and close the loop with the customer. Own customer communications, from weekly product updates to holiday notices.

  • Launches and integrations: Launch new corridors, currencies, and products into existing accounts, from scoping and setup through testing and the first live transfer. Run proofs of concept and pilots for new accounts: agree on success criteria, own the timeline, and take customers from sandbox to go-live. Be the customer’s day-to-day integration partner. Work through our API docs with their engineers, debug API and webhook issues, and hand engineering a clean reproduction when something is ours to fix. Partner with founders and our GTM team on discovery, demos, and solution design, then own the account after it signs.

  • Payment operations: Payments and onboarding are mostly automated, and you handle the exceptions. Move new customers through compliance review quickly, resolve delayed or failed payments, and keep customers informed until each case closes. Fix repeat issues at the root with engineering, and flag any flow that isn’t profitable after partner costs.

  • Billing and commercial operations: Run monthly invoicing and collections, reconcile billing against metered usage, and keep pricing amendments signed and in writing.

  • Automation and systems: Turn every task you do twice into a runbook, and every runbook into an AI workflow. Use Claude and our internal agents to triage support requests, draft customer updates, prepare launch checklists, and investigate payment exceptions, so you spend your time on judgment rather than lookups. Work with engineering to turn your best workflows into skills for our internal AI agents, and keep tuning them until they handle the routine work on their own. The goal is a function that grows with volume, not headcount.

Who you are
  • 5+ years in payments or fintech operations, account management, or solutions at a PSP, payments platform, bank, or crypto company.

  • Hands-on fluency with cross-border payments: SWIFT (MT103, UETR), wires, ACH, and FX, and how settlement, limits, and pre-funding actually work.

  • Working knowledge of stablecoin flows (USDC, USDT, on-ramps, off-ramps, swaps) and the economics behind them, including spreads and partner costs.

  • Commercial instincts. You can price a deal in basis points, negotiate an amendment, and collect on an overdue invoice.

  • Equally at ease with a customer’s CEO and inside a stuck wire.

  • An automation mindset. You use AI tools like Claude every day and query data to answer your own questions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus responsiveness, to support customers across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Nice to have
  • Background at high-growth fintech companies, such as payment service providers (PSPs), compliance platforms, banks, or card issuers and processors.

  • Experience on an OTC, treasury, or banking operations desk.

  • You have built a support, billing, or onboarding function from scratch.

  • SQL, or experience building internal tools and dashboards.

  • Spanish or Portuguese.

  • Familiarity with stablecoins, the GENIUS Act, or other emerging regulated financial infrastructure.
