Build outbound pipeline through daily cold calling, account research, tailored messaging, and qualified demo booking with senior enterprise buyers. Operate the outbound sales stack, maintain clean CRM data, and use AI tools to improve efficiency. Progressively join and lead discovery calls, demos, and full deal cycles alongside founders, while helping define target segments, messaging, and repeatable sales playbooks.

About us

8Flow.ai is a well-funded startup backed by leading Silicon Valley investors and enterprise software giants, including ServiceNow and Okta. Our founders' previous company was acquired by ServiceNow, where they went on to run much of the platform - including AI Chat, mobile, and other groups.

8Flow maps how work actually happens inside enterprises and turns that activity into datasets that power AI and expose operational inefficiencies, with zero integrations. We sell to CROs, CFOs, COOs, and CX and Operations leaders, helping them see exactly how their teams work, what each workflow costs, how top performers do things so they can upskill the rest of the team, and where AI and automation will actually pay off.

We closed our first Fortune 500 customers on founder-led sales. Now we need someone to build pipeline with us - and grow into closing it.

The role

This is a founding sales seat that sits between an SDR and an AE. To set expectations, it's phone-first: in the early months most of your time goes to dialing and turning cold conversations with CROs, VPs of Sales and RevOps leaders into qualified demos. Email, LinkedIn and sequencing support the phone, not replace it.

From there you grow in two directions. You sit alongside the founders on the demos you book and take on more of the sale - discovery, then demos, then full deal cycles. And you move from running outbound to owning pipeline generation end to end: which segments we target, how we message them, and the playbook the reps after you will inherit. Do well and this becomes a full-cycle AE role with real ownership and upside.

What you will do

  • Run daily call blocks into target accounts, open with relevance fast, handle objections live, and book qualified demos with senior sales, operations, CX and finance leaders.
  • Research accounts and contacts, build target lists, and write tailored outbound that earns the call.
  • Run our outbound stack (data, dialer, sequencing, CRM) and use AI tools like Claude Code, Clay and Apollo to remove admin, so your time goes to conversations and the numbers - dials, connects, meetings, pipeline - stay honest.
  • Join, then lead, discovery calls and progressively own full deal cycles with the founders.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years in B2B sales - SDR, BDR or early AE - ideally into mid-market or enterprise.
  • Exceptional on the phone: you've booked meetings with senior buyers from cold calls, you enjoy the live conversation, and you can show the numbers behind it.
  • You've personally sourced pipeline, not just worked inbound or SDR-fed leads.
  • Strong written outbound - a cold email that does not sound like a chatbot.
  • Disciplined and data-driven: clean CRM, repeatable cadence, resilient with rejection.
  • A builder's mindset - energized by ambiguity and shaping the function from zero.

How to apply

Email [email protected] with Founding SDR / AE in the subject line. Tell us about a meeting or deal you personally sourced by phone: how you found the account, how the call went, and how it played out.
