About Pallet

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.

As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.

You could be a Senior Revenue Operations Manager anywhere. Why Pallet?

  • Join a well-funded, high-growth startup on the path to IPO ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in 2 years, targeting a $6T market)
  • Build the operating system behind our revenue organization from day zero, not polish one that already exists.
  • Be our first dedicated Revenue Operations leader and turn messy, fast-growing data into clear, actionable direction.
  • Help transform a massive industry and scale us toward a $10 B+ business

About the opportunity:

We’re looking for our first Founding Senior Revenue Operations leader to build the operating system behind our go-to-market organization.

Pallet has reached the point where founder-led selling is evolving into a repeatable revenue engine. We have strong product-market fit, enterprise customers, and a rapidly growing sales team. Now we need someone who can create the infrastructure, rigor, and operating cadence that allows the organization to scale without slowing down.

You’ll partner directly with Sales Leadership to improve execution across the entire funnel. You’ll define what great looks like, build repeatable processes, drive accountability, and make sure every rep has the systems and enablement needed to perform at a high level.

Why this role is different:

  • Founding RevOps seat: first dedicated Revenue Operations leader defining how Sales operates as Pallet scales.
  • Zero-to-one build: create the reporting, inspection cadence, and operating processes leadership uses to run the business.
  • Full-funnel ownership: partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve execution, forecasting accuracy, and operational discipline.
  • Data as a product: turn raw, messy data into simple, trusted views that drive real decisions.
  • Direct line to growth: the systems and processes built in this role will shape how we generate predictable revenue.

How you will make an impact:

  • Design and improve the operational processes that enable Sales to scale predictably.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and operating cadences that support executive decision-making.
  • Develop metrics that provide visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team performance.
  • Own pipeline hygiene, opportunity inspection, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Create repeatable pipeline review processes and establish clear expectations for CRM discipline.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to improve SDR and AE accountability through reporting, metrics, and operational rigor.
  • Design lead routing, territory management, and account allocation frameworks.
  • Own commission administration and support operational planning across the sales organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Finance to improve reporting, attribution, and data quality as the business scales.

Preferred experience:

  • 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience scaling sales organizations from founder-led selling into a structured, repeatable revenue engine
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clari, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward action and a track record of solving ambiguous business problems through systems and process design

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $180,000-$210,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
