Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. Manages front desk operations, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and handling administrative tasks. Maintains security protocols by monitoring access and coordinating visitor check-ins.

Hourly Rate: $21.50
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and vendors.
- Facilitates communication with the security team to confirm visitors are authorized to be onsite.
- Notifying the correct personnel when a meeting guest arrives.
- Schedule conference meeting rooms while maintaining the cleanliness before and after meetings.
- Creating all outgoing mail labels for every department ensuring timely and accurate delivery correspondence while keeping daily data input of tracking numbers.
- Upkeep the organization and distribution of incoming mail and packages.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to optimize office and janitorial supplies.
- Make copies of the parking sheet for Security.
- Advise Security where visitors/vendors/VIP can park their vehicle(s).
- Create badges for the company; HQ, Retail stores, Onboarding, Warehouse, BA’s, Drivers, etc.
- Schedule mail picks up [FedEx, USPS, UPS].

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior administration experience is preferred.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
