Job Overview
We are looking for a creative Front-End Developer specializing in HTML5, CSS, and Javascript to build next-generation Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns for Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) screens. This is more than building static web pages; instead, you will design and develop responsive, automated ad templates that change content in real-time based on live API feeds (such as temperature, UV index, flight delays, local sports scores, and geolocation).
You will work closely with our design team, client success, and data partners to ensure that our creative assets scale, execute, and load reliably across varied programmatic outdoor displays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming client requests and website content change requests to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects for DOOH advertising solutions.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate deployment and testing.
  • Evaluate website performance and user experience to recommend necessary content or process improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of workflow procedures to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Write custom JavaScript to consume, parse, and handle APIs and JSON data streams from API endpoints and provided data sets (e.g., weather APIs, live sports feeds, inventory counts).
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, IT, Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Relevant experience (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Creative Design - Experience designing creative technical solutions in a dynamic JavaScript-based web environment (Required)
  • Digital Advertising - Working knowledge of Flexbox and CSS Grid to implement bespoke designs precisely across a wide range of unpredictable screen sizes and layouts (Required)
  • Project Management - Understand client objectives, feedback and revisions while managing expectations for Dynamic Creative’s capacity (Required)
  • User Experience (UX) - Experience translating Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud mockups into code while maintaining strict pixel-perfection and brand guidelines (Required)
  • Web Development - Experience building highly flexible, reusable HTML5/JS/CSS templates that can swap out headlines, imagery, and layouts based on data inputs (Required)
  • Web Content Management (Required)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
