Fulton Hogan’s Future Systems Programme (FSP) is transforming the way we work and we need an agile and responsive Lead Business Analyst to support the successful adoption of our new ERP platform.

Working alongside our Subject Matter Experts, you’ll be recognised as an authority on JDE9.2 with technical knowledge of how this applies to the Manufacturing and Inventory activities at Fulton Hogan. You will support our SMEs in teaching new business requirements and processes, framing use cases, deploying test scenarios and interrogating test scripts. You will support the Training Team by updating learning and training artefacts and assist the Data Team with data cleansing and verification activities.

Programme Planning & Delivery

To provide support to SMEs and functional consultants in their defined functional areas, especially:

  • Build and document detailed business requirements for the high level and detailed design
  • Document the new Future Systems business processes based on the approved detailed design (in Promapp)
  • Analyse the business/user impact of the new Future Systems business processes against the current business processes
  • Document the process change from the impact analysis providing it as a tool for the Culture & Change and Learning & Development work streams
  • Build and document use cases, test scenarios and test scripts
  • Provide assistance with testing the system and business process with a consistent approach to improving system capabilities and business processes
  • Provide content for, and QA learning and training artefacts - as developed and delivered by the Training Team
  • Assist with data cleansing activities and Data Migration definitions.

Technical Knowledge & Expertise

  • Provide technical knowledge, expertise and support relating to the Manufacturing and Inventory activities at Fulton Hogan
  • Support clarity on technical processes and application of these to JDE9.2 and our Manufacturing and Inventory activities

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Analyst or related field, with 3+ years’ experience in complex organisations.
  • Deep knowledge of JDE9.2 and how this supports Manufacturing and Inventory activities at Fulton Hogan.
  • Understanding of Fulton Hogan business processes and related data requirements.
  • Strong skills in communication, analysis, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

You will be an essential part of our Business Interface Team, driving organisation-wide change and ensuring a positive, employee-centric experience. This is a fixed term role for a maximum of six months.
