About GrowthX AI

At GrowthX, we’re building the modern growth engine for marketing teams. Since launching in 2024, we've grown from concept to eight-figure annual revenue. To date, we've raised a $12M Series A led by Madrona Venture Group and we partner with 60+ companies ranging from high-growth startups to industry leaders like Lovable, Webflow, Ramp, Superhuman, Strapi, Abnormal Security, and Augment Code.

We’ve built something different: an operating system that unifies powerful AI workflows with forward-deployed experts to transform content into compounding organic growth. We’re building the growth infrastructure marketing teams wish they’d always had — the system that reliably turns context into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into measurable growth.

As a full cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire stack in the recruiting process. From working closely with founders, executive team, and hiring managers to define role requirements, proactively source top talent, and close exceptional candidates across both technical and business functions. You will even build AI systems and processes to build leverage for yourself and the team.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys ambiguity, and wants to directly influence the trajectory of a fast-growing AI company.

Why This Role Matters

Hiring the right talent is the highest leverage function at our stage. You will help shape the team, culture, and velocity of GrowthX AI. You will play a foundational role in helping us attract and hire the talent that defines our next phase of growth.

If you’re excited about owning recruiting process, partnering closely with founders, and building teams in an ai-native startup, we should talk!
