Be an Early Applicant
Leads Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, including functional design, requirements analysis, configuration, CRP, UAT, cutover, and go-live. Configures Global HR, ORC, Payroll, Workforce Management, Absence, Compensation, and Talent processes. Partners with HR stakeholders, business users, IT teams, clients, and internal teams while supporting integrations, reporting, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.

Onsite Location : USA - New Jersey/Dallas, Austin/Houston (Texas)

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Global HR, ORC, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management. The role involves leading HCM implementations, working closely with HR business stakeholders, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and delivery for Global HR, ORC, Workforce Management, and Talent Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configurations
- Configure Core HR, Absence plans/accruals, and Talent processes - Goals and Performance, Career and Succession.
- Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities
- Knowledge on integrations, reports (OTBI), HDL, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas
- Act as the primary functional contact for clients and internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Strong hands-on experience in Global HR, ORC, Workforce Management and Payroll. Benefits optional.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Good understanding of HCM functional architecture and business processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management & Reporting Skills
- Experience of working closely with the customer business users/IT teams.

- Exposure to multi-country implementations
