What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events

  • Coordinate event logistics, including materials, supplies, and setup

  • Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials

  • Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure successful events

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities

  • Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and correspondence

  • Monitor and report on event outcomes, providing insights for future improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and implement event plans and timelines

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event needs

  • Support fundraising team in achieving financial targets and goals

  • Assist with donor and sponsor communications, including thank-you letters and follow-ups

  • Manage event registrations and attendee communications

  • Support event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
