The Role

As a GCP Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade GCP landing zones, shared services, and advanced Kubernetes platforms.

You will contribute to enabling clients to adopt secure, high-performance, cloud-native solutions, including the deployment of data security platforms such as BigID.

 

 

  • What You’ll Do

    • Lead the implementation of a governed GCP Landing Zone
    • Establish multi-project hierarchies, IAM models, and organizational policies
    • Embed security, compliance, and scalability by design
    Design Secure & Resilient Networking
    • Architect private, VPC-native environments
    • Implement micro-segmentation and traffic control strategies
    • Ensure robust ingress/egress governance and connectivity patterns
    Drive Cloud Security Excellence
    • Implement zero-trust architectures, including Workload Identity
    • Embed policy-as-code and automated guardrails
    • Align solutions with enterprise security and compliance requirements
    Lead Advanced GKE Platforms
    • Design and deliver production-grade GKE environments
    • Apply deep expertise in:
      • Kubernetes networking and security hardening
      • Performance tuning and troubleshooting
    • Enable high-performance stateful applications, including:
      • Workload isolation and resource optimization
      • Tailored node pool design
    • Architect stateful persistence solutions (e.g., Memorystore/Redis, RabbitMQ)
    • Deliver regional, multi-zone clusters with high availability
    Enable Scalable, Event-Driven Architectures
    • Implement event-driven patterns using KEDA and HPA
    • Design platforms for elastic, demand-based scaling

 

  • What We’re Looking For
    • Proven experience as a GCP Architect with strong hands-on delivery capability
    • Track record in cloud landing zone design and enterprise-scale platform engineering
    • Deep expertise in GKE / Kubernetes (production environments)
    • Strong knowledge of:
      • GCP networking and IAM
      • Zero-trust security models
      • Infrastructure- and policy-as-code
    • Experience designing stateful, distributed, and performant systems
    • Exposure to data security platforms (e.g., BigID) is a plus
