Lead the Floor. Drive the Pace. Elevate the Standard.

At Swickard Automotive Group, we’re a hospitality company that happens to sell cars. We operate premium and high-volume brands across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii — scaling performance through clear standards, disciplined execution, and people-first leadership.

  • Own CRM discipline and lead response standards, ensuring follow-up compliance, appointment conversion, and showroom effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with F&I and Fixed Operations leadership to ensure seamless deal flow, product penetration, and long-term guest retention.
  • Partner with the General Manager on forecasting, staffing strategy, inventory mix, and long-term growth initiatives.
QualificationsExperience
  • 5+ years of progressive automotive sales leadership
  • Prior Sales Manager or GSM experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and managing strong PVR performance
  • Toyota experience preferred, but high-volume import leadership is highly valued
Leadership Profile
  • Data-driven decision maker who understands dealership KPIs

  • High integrity and hospitality mindset
  • Thrives in competitive, fast-paced markets

  • Optional disability coverage
