The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic Global Account Director who can guide our prospects and customers through their buying journey with SuperAnnotate. You will be working directly with the sales management and founding team daily, and be expected to have a critical impact on the organization and on its revenue.

It will be critical for this candidate to be someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, thinks strategically, wants to build as much as sell, can prospect as well as close deals, and is willing to get his/her hands dirty.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco.

What You'll Do

  • Explore & identify new opportunities in new accounts and expansion of existing accounts, including new use cases, data types, and modalities within current customers

  • Research and present business intelligence about customers' and prospects' model development roadmaps, data needs, and where human data services fit into their pipeline

  • Scope and shape services engagements, including specialized labeling workforces, data pipelines, and project structures aligned to customer model needs

  • Help develop and continuously improve our prospecting and selling motions

  • Own deals from prospect to close, and maintain relationship with delivery/customer success through renewals and expansions

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience selling and generating demand for enterprise services, with strong preference for candidates who have sold data services, managed services, or professional services into AI/ML buyers

  • Experience and relationships selling to executives and teams training frontier AI models at organizations such as Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Apple, Meta, etc.

  • Previous experience selling into AI/ML, data labeling, data annotation, RLHF, or related human-data services required

  • Comfort selling complex, high-touch services deals where pricing, scope, and delivery model are negotiated and customized per account, rather than a standard licensing motion

  • High business acumen and ability to sell technology and business value to all levels of an organization including individual contributors, mid-level management, and C-level executives

  • Experience with MEDDICC and enterprise selling methodologies such as Command of the Message

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota

  • Strong ability to succeed in multi-channel pipeline generation including inbound discovery calls, outbound prospecting, working with SDRs and working with partners

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, creative, and incredibly resourceful

  • Self-starter and independent worker, ambitious and takes initiative

  • An attentive listener, quick study, and skilled influencer

  • Strong customer presence, with polish and dedication to customer outcomes

  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet customers and attend industry events

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Flexible paid time off, holidays, and parental leave policies

  • Opportunity to shape the future of a cutting-edge technology company

  • Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities

  • Referral Program

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview!
