Job Description:
 

Uniphore has been expanding its GSI and strategic alliance ecosystem to accelerate enterprise AI adoption through industry-led transformation programs, sovereign AI architectures, and domain-specific AI solutions. Recent publicly announced partnerships include collaborations with KPMG, Cognizant, and Rackspace Technology focused on deploying AI agents, small language models (SLMs), and governed enterprise AI platforms across regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, and life sciences.

The Role

We’re seeking an accomplished Global Account Director- GSI Partnerships to drive revenue growth through Uniphore’s relationships with Tier 1 Global System Integrators. You carry an individual quota, own deals end-to-end, and personally drive multi-million-dollar joint pursuits with GSI partners.

You’ll cover named Tier 1 GSIs alongside our VP-level alliance leaders, adding capacity to scale a proven playbook that’s already generating significant revenue. The named accounts exist, the partnerships are active, and the deals are in motion. Your job is to close them.

This is a top-priority function for Uniphore’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • GSI Partnership Sales

    • Own and deliver revenue targets tied to assigned GSI partnerships.

    • Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline.

    • Drive partner-sourced and influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle.

  • Sales Execution

    • Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close.

    • Present Uniphore’s AI solutions and craft value-based business cases for executives.

    • Negotiate complex agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.

  • Relationship Management

    • Build and sustain trusted senior-level relationships with GSI sales leaders and practice heads.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for sales execution with designated GSIs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and joint events.

    • Align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions address customer needs.

    • Work with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion of GSI-driven deployments.

  • Performance & Reporting

    • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

    • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.

  • Proven success in GSI/BPO partnerships - specifically selling to KPMG.

  • Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in complex solution selling.

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders at GSIs and customers.

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Hiring Range (Palo Alto, CA): $289,600 - $398,000 OTE (60% base salary / 40% variable compensation). Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
