This role is accountable for driving profitable revenue growth, maximizing share of wallet, and maintaining long-term customer loyalty with a strategic, industry-leading partner worldwide.

As the central conductor for this account, you will orchestrate a unified global strategy, aligning internal cross-functional resources to deliver a harmonized, high-value experience across the customer’s entire global footprint. Experience with Anti-Counterfeit and Security Labeling Solutions is strongly preferred. This is a remote role based in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

Global Account Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Design and implement a cohesive global enterprise strategy that standardizes Brady’s value proposition, ensures a consistent customer experience, and aligns directly with the account's global business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep, multi-level relationships throughout the customer's global organization—from key operational, procurement, and R&D stakeholders to executive C-suite leadership—to ensure long-term strategic alignment.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the customer within Brady, championing their technical and operational requirements while leveraging internal resources to support their worldwide footprint.

Commercial Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Orchestrate large-scale, complex enterprise sales opportunities across multiple regions, coordinating cross-functional internal teams to present unified solutions and win strategic deals.
  • Identify and capture maximum share of wallet across the account's global footprint, focusing commercial efforts on high-margin growth opportunities.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across Brady’s full portfolio, including Product Identification (PWID), Visual Workplace Solutions (VWS), and specialized Anti-Counterfeit and Security Labeling Solutions across all Brady platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and govern a multi-regional pricing structure that provides consistency and value for the customer while protecting Brady’s profitability.
  • Spearhead the negotiation and management of global supply agreements, master service agreements, and commercial contracts, securing favorable terms that sustain a profitable, multi-year partnership.

Value Chain Orchestration & Technical Integration

  • Proactively engage with the customer’s R&D, design, and engineering teams to embed Brady’s security, identification, and labeling solutions at the specification phase, establishing Brady as the preferred global standard.
  • Map and manage the customer’s entire global value chain—from initial product design and engineering specification through manufacturing, contract manufacturing partners (CMs), and end-user distribution.
  • Partner with commodity, technical, and product teams to ensure that "spec-in" wins are seamlessly communicated, commercialized, and executed throughout the customer's regional procurement networks and global operational sites.
