Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Global Account Manager (US Remote) to our team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales NAM the Global Account Manager (US Remote) will be in charge of the direct management of our Critical Power solutions and services to Hyperscaler accounts within Data Center space.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Deliver growth within existing accounts.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
  • Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing.
  • Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce).
  • Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs.
  • Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities.
  • Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams.
  • Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts.
  • Experience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts.
  • Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related business.
  • Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
  • Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling Low Voltage Power Distribution (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular) products and services. (Preferred).

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate$122,000.00 USD - $167,700.00 USD Annual
