About the Role

The Global Case Manager owns end-to-end delivery of global immigration matters for enterprise clients operating under contractual SLAs. You'll manage a high-volume, multi-jurisdiction caseload — spanning work permits, business travel, renewals, and permanent residence — across multiple countries simultaneously. This role is the connective tissue between clients, network partners, and Manifest attorneys, and success is measured in on-time, accurate, compliant outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Manage global immigration cases end-to-end within contractual SLAs across multiple jurisdictions

  • Deliver eligibility assessments, case strategy, and realistic timelines to clients and assignees

  • Serve as primary contact for client HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal stakeholders

  • Coordinate network partners and vendors, holding them to timelines and quality standards

  • Monitor legislative changes across assigned jurisdictions and translate them into client guidance

  • Track cases, milestones, and documentation in Manifest's platform to stay audit-ready

  • Identify and implement workflow, template, or automation improvements that reduce processing time

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of corporate immigration experience outside the U.S., at a firm, provider, or in-house

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience

  • Hands-on case management across multiple jurisdictions, including work permits and permanent residence

  • Proven SLA and KPI delivery on high-volume enterprise programs

  • Experience directing external network partners or vendors

  • Strong communication skills with HR, Mobility, and Legal stakeholders under escalation pressure

  • Exceptional organization and accuracy managing concurrent deadlines

Nice-to-haves:

  • Depth in enterprise markets such as the UK, Canada, Germany, India, Singapore, or Australia

  • Experience on both provider and in-house sides of global mobility

  • Familiarity with business traveler compliance or permit-expiry tracking programs

  • Exposure to U.S. immigration and its intersection with global assignments

  • Additional language skills

This is for you if...

You want to help build a global immigration practice, not just maintain one. You thrive owning complex, multi-country caseloads with real accountability to outcomes. You're energized by clients who rely on you as a trusted advisor, not just a case processor.

This is not for you if...

You prefer narrowly defined work with minimal client or partner coordination. You need close oversight to manage competing deadlines and shifting regulatory landscapes. You're looking for a role with a fully established playbook and no room to shape it.
