About the Position

The Global Channel Marketing Director will execute and optimize Keyfactor’s partner marketing programs across our global channel ecosystem — including Resellers, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), hyperscalers, managed service providers (MSPs/MSSPs), and reseller partners. This role drives demand, enablement, and engagement through scalable co-marketing campaigns, events, and joint programs that generate partner-sourced and influenced pipeline.

Applicants must hold U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status. If located in Canada, applicants must hold Canadian citizenship.

Responsibilities

Partner Program & Strategy Execution

  • Support the global partner marketing strategy aligned with Keyfactor’s corporate and regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with channel sales, GSI alliance managers, and hyperscaler partner leads to build and execute joint marketing plans that accelerate revenue and expand partner reach.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for partner marketing execution across Resellers, GSIs, hyperscalers, and services partners.
  • Ensure campaign alignment across partner types, regions, and sales plays.

Co-Marketing Campaigns & Events

  • Design and deliver co-marketing campaigns that generate demand and awareness through joint digital programs, webinars, regional events, and industry conferences.
  • Support partner-led and joint events — including planning, logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain campaigns-in-a-box, partner playbooks, and co-branded collateral tailored for multiple partner types.
  • Collaborate with Product and Field Marketing to ensure unified messaging across all partner activities.

MDF & Budget Management

  • Administer Market Development Funds (MDF) and co-op budgets: manage requests, approvals, compliance, and ROI tracking.
  • Guide partners in developing impactful MDF plans and ensure funds are aligned to sales priorities.
  • Track and report MDF utilization and pipeline outcomes.

Partner Enablement & Communications

  • Develop and distribute enablement materials (solution briefs, sales guides, joint case studies, win wires, and training decks).
  • Own partner communications, including newsletters, partner portal updates, and event announcements.
  • Collaborate with channel and partner sales to strengthen engagement and readiness across all partner types.
  • Maintain and optimize the Keyfactor Partner Portal as a central hub for assets, announcements, and campaign content.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Work with marketing operations and partner sales to measure program impact, including pipeline sourced/influenced, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, MDF ROI, and partner engagement.
  • Leverage insights to improve execution and partner satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep partner acumen: 8+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on channel or partner marketing in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.
  • Experience marketing with or through Resellers, GSIs, hyperscalers, or services partners.
  • Proven record of executing joint demand programs and co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and partner marketing platforms (Impartner, Allbound, or equivalent).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into insights.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and partner-facing communication skills.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
