Overview

Join Logitech for Business as the Global eB2B Channel Marketing Manager, supporting growth across Amazon for Business and other leading eB2B resellers. As a strategic and hands-on marketing leader, you’ll bridge channel strategy, creative execution, and performance measurement—ensuring Logitech differentiates its brand and accelerates pipeline conversion in high-growth digital marketplaces. As a critical new role, this role will initially report to the CMO, Logitech for Business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy & Activation
    • Supporting the L4B Channel Team & Amazon for Business team, you will work cross-functionally to develop and execute actionable marketing plans for Amazon for Business and top eB2B reseller digital/online platforms (e.g., CDW, Insight, Staples, MediaMarkt, etc.).
    • Work cross-functionally with L4B Global Marketing, Channel, Amazon, DTB, Product Marketing, and Business Group (BG) teams to align commercial objectives with global marketing strategies.
    • Introduce innovations and implement best practices to optimize digital L4B channel performance—leveraging both established channel marketing strategies and emerging marketplace personalization tactics.
    • Align and drive regional investment recommendations to drive eB2B channel growth
  • Creative Production & Optimization
    • Partner with BG Product Marketing & DTB to ensure product positioning and value propositions underscore Logitech’s B2B differentiation.
    • Lead creation of high-converting ads, campaign assets, and enhanced product content (EPC/A+ pages), collaborating with designers and copywriters.
  • Performance Analytics & A/B Testing
    • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to maximize Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) and pipeline outcomes across L4B channels.
    • Define and report on core KPIs: ad click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and sales velocity, utilizing analytics platforms (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, internal dashboards).
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Facilitate seamless collaboration among Channel, BG Product Marketing, and Regional L4B Marketing teams to ensure unified go-to-market (GTM) approaches.
    • Share structured feedback and actionable insights to inform future campaigns and product launches.
  • Brand Building & Differentiation
    • Maintain Logitech for Business’s brand standards to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across platforms.
    • Identify global and regional marketplace nuances to support regions in localizing campaigns, drawing on established research on Western (US/EU) vs. Eastern (APAC) buying behaviors and procurement cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B or channel marketing experience, with direct experience with Amazon or digital eB2B reseller platforms.
  • Proven history of successful digital advertising, A/B experimentation, and campaign analytics—strong analytical skills required.
  • Familiarity with B2B buying cycles, pipeline management, and demand generation methodologies.
  • Experience managing agency and creative partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • International marketing experience or sensitivity to global business environments is highly valued.

Work Location:

This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at our Irvine,CA or San Jose, CA or Camas, WA, Dallas, Texas or Doral, Florida office 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.


Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 103,000 and $ 174,000 , depending on location and experience.
