 What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Global Enablement Leader to drive Internal, Partner, and Customer Enablement at Horizon3.ai. In this role, you will build, develop, and scale our global enablement function - empowering our sales teams, partners, and customers to effectively position, adopt, and maximize value from NodeZero.

You will be the critical link between our go-to-market teams, partners, and customers - ensuring everyone who represents or uses Horizon3.ai has the knowledge, confidence, and resources to succeed. This role requires deep collaboration across functions and regions, developing strategies, tools, and programs that drive consistent messaging, faster adoption, and measurable business impact.

You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, can create scalable global programs, and delivers measurable improvements in productivity, readiness, and customer success. You are excited by the opportunity to shape the development of a growing team and to connect enablement across every audience in our ecosystem.

  • Design and execute a global enablement strategy that aligns internal teams, partners, and customers under a unified framework of learning, adoption, and impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build and deliver enablement programs that accelerate performance and adoption.

  • Create and curate content — including playbooks, pitch decks, technical guides, training materials, certifications, and learning paths — tailored for sales, partners, and customers.

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Sales, SEs, Customer Success, and Channel Partners to ensure deep understanding of NodeZero’s value, positioning, and differentiation.

  • Develop Partner Enablement Frameworks that drive partner activation, sales readiness, and technical competency through certifications, joint learning programs, and co-marketing content.

  • Own Customer Enablement initiatives that educate users on how to operationalize NodeZero effectively — including self-guided learning, community engagement, and user events.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure GTM teams, partners, and customers stay current on product capabilities, new releases, and best practices.

  • Analyze performance and readiness data to identify gaps in skills, content, or process — and design targeted programs to address them.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to align on launches, messaging, and roadmap updates, ensuring seamless communication across internal and external audiences.

  • Gather and synthesize insights from customer, partner, and sales feedback to refine enablement strategies, influence product direction, and improve overall effectiveness.

  • Champion continuous learning and excellence, fostering a global culture of growth, collaboration, and operational discipline across all go-to-market functions.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning skills with a growth and data-driven mindset

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, and enterprise sales motions.

  • Proven success in sales, partner, or customer enablement leadership roles with global scope.

  • Strong program development skills — able to build scalable, role-based enablement frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both internally and externally.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and lead through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

  • Passion for connecting people, knowledge, and strategy to drive measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5 plus years of experience in sales enablement ideally in cybersecurity at a midsize company.

  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools - Highspot a plus

  • Solid understanding of the Sales Process and relevant skill sets used to drive revenue.

  • Experience with e-learning platforms, content management platforms and virtual training delivery methods

  • Strong cross functional skills, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business value for go-to-market teams

Travel Required

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 25% of travel to be successful.
